Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Calls

Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions (e.g. product preferences, budget, timeline) to determine potential and readiness to visit the showroom. Schedule showroom visits for qualified leads and pass them on to the sales team.

Client Follow-Up / Happy Calls

Contact existing customers post-sale to check on satisfaction, resolve any issues, and gather feedback. Promote after-sales services (e.g. servicing, warranty, additional products or accessories).

Inbound Call Handling

Answer incoming calls from customers promptly, listening carefully to their inquiries or concerns. Provide accurate information or route calls to the appropriate person or department.

Database & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and common issues / trends.

Customer Experience & Quality

Ensure professionalism in every interaction--tone, language, clarity, empathy. Resolve customer complaints / issues quickly or escalate to management if needed. Strive to enhance the customer experience and build strong long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum - High School Diploma; college degree or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a call centre, sales support, customer service, or tele-marketing role is an advantage. Strong communication skills--both verbal and written. Must be clear, polite, patient, and persuasive. Good active listening skills; ability to understand customer needs and ask probing questions. Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM software is a plus. Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage many leads / follow-ups. Problem-solving mindset; able to stay calm under pressure. Goal-oriented and able to work collaboratively with the sales and service teams.
Reporting & Work Conditions

Reports to: Call Centre Manager / Sales Support Manager. Work hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am-6 pm.. Location: Near U.st Global,NH bypass Kulathoor.
What Success Looks Like

High percentage of digital leads converted to showroom visits. Positive feedback from existing clients via happy calls. Low number of escalations due to dissatisfaction. Accurate and timely reporting and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
