u Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
u Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
u Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
u Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
u Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
u Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
u Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
u Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
(Any other work assigned from time to time by the hospital management)
