Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound/outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
? Provide accurate information about University
? Maintain calling records and update databases/CRM systems.
? Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader/Manager as required.
? Ensure adherence to organization policies and customer service standards.
? Contribute to team performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
? Candidate must be having schooling from English Medium
? Minimum Qualification: Graduate
? Prior call centre/customer service experience preferred, but freshers may apply.
? Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati).
? Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
? Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
? Ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
