We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Order Confirmation Executive
to join our team. The primary responsibility is to call customers and confirm their orders, ensuring accuracy and a smooth order processing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to confirm and verify their orders.
Check order details such as product, quantity, delivery address, and payment method.
Respond to basic customer inquiries or concerns.
Update order status in the system after confirmation.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the team lead or supervisor.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi (spoken) is mandatory.
Basic English understanding is a plus.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use a computer or mobile system for order entry.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
Ability to meet daily call targets and work independently.
