Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details.
Meet performance targets and maintain quality standards in communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client concerns when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Call Centre Executive or in a similar
international voice process
role.
Excellent
spoken and written English communication skills
.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-oriented environment.
Proficiency in computer operations and CRM tools.
