Call Center Executive (Female)
to manage daily customer calls, coordinate with field engineers, maintain CRM data, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the IT support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound customer calls
on a daily basis.
Log, track, and manage service requests and complaints
in the CRM system.
Assign and align engineers
for customer support and site visits.
Maintain accurate customer data and service records
in CRM and Excel.
Prepare
daily and weekly performance and service reports
using MS Excel and Word.
Communicate professionally with customers through
emails and calls
for updates, confirmations, and feedback.
Coordinate with the IT operations team to ensure
timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain
professional communication
and ensure
customer satisfaction
at all times.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in
Hindi and English.
Proficiency in
MS Word, MS Excel, and Email communication.
Basic understanding of
CRM tools
and
data entry.
Strong
coordination, multitasking, and follow-up
abilities.
Polite, confident, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a
call center or IT service coordination
role.
Experience with
technical support or engineer scheduling
will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹98,610.66 per month
