We are looking for
Call Center Executives
to join our hospital team. The role involves handling patient calls, managing appointments, resolving queries, and providing high-quality customer service. Candidates with prior experience in
hospital or healthcare call center operations
will be preferred.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of call center/customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English& Malayalam language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).
Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts
Responsibilities:
Attend inbound and outbound patient calls promptly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with respective departments.
Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and facilities.
Record call details, maintain patient databases, and ensure follow-ups.
Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
