No prior legal knowledge is required
as full training will be provided to all new executives.
What You Will Do as a Call Centre Executive:
Receive Inbound Calls:
Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance.
Understand the Need:
Listen carefully to the client to understand what kind of help they require.
Route Calls:
Use the company Dashboard to find and accurately connect the client to the right lawyer.
Maintain Professionalism:
Ensure every caller feels heard, respected, and helped.
Requirements:
Education:

Graduation Degree is mandatory
for this position.
Language:

Fluent in English and Hindi (Speaking)
. Proficiency in any other regional language is an added advantage.
Tech Skills:
Basic computer knowledge to operate the internal dashboard.
Communication:
