We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive

female telesales executive

to join our dynamic sales team. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers (primarily women and also men), introduce our skincare products, and convert leads into loyal buyers.

This is a voice-based sales role, ideal for someone who is confident, well-spoken, understands skincare concerns, and is passionate about beauty and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential female and male customers from provided leads. Clearly explain the features and benefits of our skincare products. Understand customers' skincare needs and recommend suitable products. Build strong customer relationships and trust to convert leads into sales. Follow up with interested customers and assist in the purchase process. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
