We are looking for a

Call Center Executive

to handle customer communication effectively. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, providing product information, following up on payments/orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Provide information about DESMAT products (labels, inks, stationery solutions) Manage order updates and payment follow-ups Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Resolve customer enquiries and escalate complex issues when required Generate leads and support sales team through telesales activities Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses

Requirements



Graduate (preferred) with 1-3 years of experience in customer service / call center / telesales Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus) Good listening and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software) Ability to multitask and work under pressure

6 days working (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,947.17 - ₹27,936.06 per month
