We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in calling operations, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
outbound calling
and maintain daily call targets
Manage and respond to
incoming calls
Track and follow up with leads generated from
social media platforms
Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication
Provide a high-quality customer experience at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in calling roles
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
Experience in the
healthcare or wellness industry
(preferred)
Strong ability to handle and nurture leads
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively
