Call Center Executive

Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist students and clients Provide information regarding overseas education options, visa procedures and services offered. Schedule appointments with counselors and follow up on leads Maintain polite and professional communication at all times Work closely with the counseling and documentation teams for lead conversion
Requirements :

10+2 or graduate in any stream , preference to candidates with communication or marketing background Excellent verbal communication skills in English , Hindi and Punjabi Good Listening skills and the ability to handle client queries with patience and clarity. A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
