Process customer orders via phone, email, or online. Verify order details and enter information accurately into the system. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and order information. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with company policies and conduct quality checks.
