Job Title: Call Center Executive (BPO)



Work Location: Mohali, Punjab



Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Day and Night)



Core Duties



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and clarity. Resolve customer queries, issues, complaints, and escalations promptly. Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM records accurately. Adhere to company guidelines, including scripts and quality standards. Achieve daily and weekly targets related to call handling and quality performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
