Provide accurate information and effective resolutions on every call
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
Adhere to process guidelines, compliance, and quality standards
Document call details and update customer records in CRM systems
Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, quality, CSAT)
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in International Voice Process
(mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
Comfortable working in early morning shifts
Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge
Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
Salary & Benefits:
?30,000 - ?35,000 per month
