Job Title: Call Center Booking Agent -US time zone

Location: Kochi / Remote (India)

Job Type: Full-Time / Rotational Shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Booking Agent to manage service bookings during US business hours. The agent will handle incoming calls, assist customers with reservations, and ensure accurate data entry into the booking system. This role requires working in 8-hour shifts between 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM IST, including weekends and holidays on rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers to book various services.

Gather and confirm service details such as type, schedule, location, and customer information.

Enter bookings accurately into the reservation system and confirm details with customers.

Provide information on service availability, pricing, policies, and procedures.

Handle booking changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests professionally.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors as needed.

Follow company protocols and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Educational qualifications are not mandatory.

Strong spoken English language skills are essential.

Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or CRM systems.

Ability to work night shifts and adapt to US time zone requirements.

Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Shift Details:

Work hours: Between 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM IST.

8-hour rotational shifts (e.g., 6 PM-2 AM, 10 PM-6 AM, 2 AM-10 AM).

Rotational weekly offs.

Weekend and holiday coverage required on a rotational basis.
