Qualification: Any Graduates/Undergraduates
Language Requirement: Candidate should be fluent in English.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
Off: 1 Rotational Off
Work Type: Work from Office
CTC (Cost to Company): Up to ?13,300- 18000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide efficient and effective support to Airtel Broadband customers for general inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving broadband connectivity issues.
Guide customers in setting up, configuring, and using their Airtel Broadband services.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints and queries by offering timely solutions.
Identify technical issues and escalate them to the relevant department when needed.
Complaint Handling:
Register customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner while keeping the customer informed of the status.
