Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support / Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical/basic support issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline).
Freshers are welcome; prior call center or customer support experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Previous experience in BPO, Call Center, or Customer Support.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
