Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, surveys, or sales opportunities
Resolve customer complaints or issues with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Perform data entry and maintain detailed call logs
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
