We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hindi Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Hindi Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products/services to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in Hindi
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Promote our products/services to customers and upsell/cross-sell where applicable
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 12th pass or graduate with good communication skills in Hindi
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- Proficient in using computers and software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or call center
- Knowledge of Hindi language and culture
- Basic computer skills and typing speed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
