Qatar Airways is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Call Center Agent based at our Global Business Services (GBS) in Ahmedabad, India.
This position will be primarily responsible to provide administrative and operational support within the QR Group Health & Medical Services (GHMS) Division's call center located in Ahmedabad, India. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical appointments, employee queries, and operational updates. Assist line manager in coordinating teleconsultation services, provide information on medical services, and ensure smooth scheduling and communication, while maintaining confidentiality and non-clinical boundaries. In addition, liaise with GHMS -Doha Office to ensure alignment with Qatar Airways standards and objectives.
