Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Auditing calls across multiple campaigns (TV, CS, MQL, SQL, etc.), ensuring 100% qualified deliverables that meet client requirements. Providing refresher training to agents, closely monitoring their performance and guiding them to meet quality parameters. Support operations team in monitoring campaigns via call barging, live audits and providing near real time feedback to agents. Create and maintain daily reports and trackers using MS Excel / PowerBI.

Requirements:-

A graduate with at least 3 years of work experience, including 1 year working in a similar role. Possesses strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with proficiency in MS-Office. Exhibits good verbal and written English communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with stakeholders. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, adapting to various work environments. Willing to work in rotational shifts (245), showcasing adaptability and commitment to meeting organizational needs.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
