Key Responsibilities:
Listen to and audit recorded customer calls for quality and compliance
Evaluate call handling, communication tone, and process adherence
Prepare audit reports and share feedback with team leads
Identify training and performance improvement areas
Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of audit data
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Graduate (Any stream)
Experience:
1-3 years in call auditing, quality analysis, or voice process supervision
Excellent listening and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation
