Job Description
We are seeking Call Analyzers & Transcribers to support technology solutions company in Pune, IN. This is an onsite role open to local candidates. Urgent need Shift: Rotational Between - 4:30 PM IST to 11:30 AM IST (US Shift) Job Summary: Call Analyzer & Transcribers are responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement. Key Responsibilities: Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters. Take up the responsibility for the assigned task. Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers. Reporting back to Supervisors daily. Ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
