Calisthenics Coach
who lives and breathes movement.
Role Overview
As a
Calisthenics Coach
, you'll lead and coach members in mastering bodyweight strength -- from foundational movements to advanced skills like handstands, muscle-ups, planches, and levers.
Your job is not just to teach moves -- it's to help clients build the
mobility, control, and discipline
behind true athletic freedom. You'll integrate your methods into our transformation system, working alongside strength and mobility coaches.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1-on-1 and small group calisthenics sessions
Teach progressions for push-ups, pull-ups, dips, handstands, muscle-ups, etc.
Assess each client's mobility, stability, and strength levels
Design scalable bodyweight programs for all fitness levels
Ensure proper form, injury prevention, and gradual skill progression
Collaborate with the coaching team for hybrid training plans (strength + calisthenics)
Motivate, educate, and track member progress regularly
Requirements
Proven experience in Calisthenics or Bodyweight Training
Ability to demonstrate and teach foundational to advanced skills
Deep understanding of biomechanics, mobility, and core control
Certification in Fitness Training, Calisthenics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if skill-proven)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Passionate about helping people move better and build real functional strength
Compensation
Fixed base salary + incentives per session or per transformation
Range: ₹[insert range, e.g., ?20,000 - ?45,000/month depending on experience]
Performance bonuses for client retention and social media content contribution
