1. Selection of Calibration Methods, Defining Work Instructions for calibration of Equipments, Creation of calibration plans.Maintaining



History cards for lab equipments"



2. Monitoring and Measuring of Lab / Test Equipment's



3. Performing calibration as per scope in accordance with the calibration guidelines.



4. Report preparation,checking and ensuring proper use of Calibration Stamp & Certificates.



Evaluation of results & reporting of Opinions.



5. Maintenance of Lab equipment and facilities.Ensure traceability.



6. Management of environmental monitoring facilities.



7. Organise and authorize intermediate checks for equipments and reference standards.



8. Preparing required calibration documentation for ISO/NABL



9. Handling of non-conformance, corrective and preventive action



10. Liaosning with External calibration Labs for Calibration, ILC, PT and NABL for Surveillance / recertification audits.



11. Preparation & amendment of Quality Manual for Calibration Lab.



12. Implementation of program for automation of calibration practices



13. Making Budget provisions for the calibration Lab.



14. Training / Knowledge sharing on Calibration to team members



15. Plan & organize External NABL Audits. Preparation and participation in the internal and external audits.



16. Monitor & Review Customer Satisfaction Feedback.



B.E/B.Tech./ M.Sc / Diploma in Engg in relevant Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation



2 Years in Electro-Technical Calibration Lab



Operation and testing of Electronics & Electrical Measuring Equipements



Calibration and Measurement assurance for ISO Standards



Knowledge on NABL guidelines and ISO standards.
