Job Summery

To ensure

accurate calibration of measuring instruments and gauges

, maintain compliance with quality standards, and support product quality through effective calibration.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

calibration of measuring instruments, gauges, and equipment

as per schedule.

Maintain and update

calibration master list and records

.

Coordinate with

external NABL-accredited calibration agencies

.

Identify instruments due for calibration and ensure timely calibration.

Ensure traceability of calibration to

national/international standards

.

Handle

out-of-calibration (OOC)

instruments and initiate corrective actions.

Affix calibration status labels and control usage of instruments.

Support

ISO / IATF / VDA 6.3 customer audits

related to calibration.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of measuring instruments.

Prepare calibration reports, certificates, and gages History card report.

Experience with

MSA (Gauge R&R), bias, linearity, and stability studies

Familiarity with

calibration software and databases.

Education Qualification:

Diploma / BE / BTech in

Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering

Experience:

3-8 years

' experience in

Calibration / Metrology

Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of

calibration systems & procedures

Understanding of

measuring instruments

(Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Height Gauge, Pressure Gauges, etc.)

Familiarity with

ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

standards.

Understanding of

ISO/IEC 17025

and

IATF 16949

requirements

Documentation and record-keeping skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
