Job Title: Calibration Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Calibration Engineer to join our team in Kamothe. As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement instruments, including pressure gauges. Your role will involve calibrating, maintaining, and repairing instruments to guarantee compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calibrate pressure gauges, transmitters, and other measurement instruments using precision calibration equipment

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments to prevent drift and ensure accuracy

- Develop and implement calibration procedures to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards

- Analyze calibration data and provide insights for process improvement

- Train junior technicians on calibration procedures and best practices

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

- Proven experience in instrument calibration, preferably in a manufacturing or quality control environment

- Familiarity with calibration standards and procedures (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in instrument calibration (e.g., Certified Calibration Technician)

- Experience with pressure calibration equipment and techniques

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
