Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of
eggless cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items
Innovate and introduce
new vegetarian dessert varieties
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
Handle all aspects of
preparation, baking, decorating

finishing
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all items
Manage inventory and minimize wastage
Train and guide junior staff when required
Coordinate with the outlet manager for production planning
Maintain cleanliness and proper kitchen workflow
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in pastry & bakery, preferably in a vegetarian setup
Strong knowledge of eggless baking techniques
Expertise in decoration, finishing, and styling of cakes and desserts
Good communication and team coordination skills
Must be presentable and maintain grooming standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
