Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Cashier
to join our Noida Sector 50 store. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth billing operations, accurate cash handling, and a pleasant checkout experience for customers.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, customer-friendly, and comfortable handling daily financial transactions in a retail environment. This position offers a stable work environment and growth opportunities within a reputed jewellery brand.
Key Responsibilities
Handle billing, cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately
Maintain proper records of daily sales, receipts, and returns
Ensure correct invoicing and price accuracy as per company policies
Assist customers politely during the checkout process
Manage cash drawer, balance daily accounts, and report discrepancies
Coordinate with store staff and management for smooth store operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Requirements
Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines
Good numerical and record-keeping skills
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented approach
Polite communication and customer-handling skills
Prior retail or cashier experience preferred (jewellery retail is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
