Demonstrate expertise in the accounting framework and in related financial reporting matters and effectively apply this knowledge to the audit. Expert knowledge of the standards of auditing and demonstration of the same while executing the assignments. Timely identification and analysis of key issues and reporting the same to seniors/partners on time. Knowledge of audit tools. Updated with Accounting Standards, IndAS, Co\'s Act and Standards on Auditing Experience in handling Statutory Audits of large corporate, proprietorship, and partnership firms. Possess good communication skills, both written & verbal. Preparation of high-quality deliverables (including management letters etc.) Ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple assignments. Conduct an effective review of work performed by self/team. Timely completion of job administration. Counsel, guide, motivate and coach team members on the jobs. Participate in firm training programs both as an attendee and as a trainer. Expected to work closely with the Partner / Senior to build client relationships.
