Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafeteria kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Store food properly and monitor stock levels
Assist in menu planning for staff meals
Minimize food waste
Follow hotel policies and kitchen procedures
Support other kitchen staff when required
Skills & Requirements:
Basic cooking knowledge and experience
Ability to cook large quantities of food
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Time management
Physically fit to work long hours in a kitchen environment
