Job Description

Responsibilities

Food preparation and cooking:

Assist in preparing and cooking large quantities of food according to recipes and dietary guidelines.

Food serving:

Serve meals to customers, which may include handling payments.

Kitchen maintenance:

Keep the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitary.

Stocking and inventory:

Restock food supplies, condiments, and beverages as needed. Help with receiving and stocking deliveries.

Safety and sanitation:

Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures.

Dishwashing:

Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and manage waste disposal and recycling.

Customer service:

Respond to customer inquiries and requests and ensure food is presented attractively.
