Job Description

Prepare and cook meals in a large-scale cafeteria setting, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff and assist with the cooking and plating of dishes. Maintain inventory and ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Oversee kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and adherence to safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
