InCraft Group is expanding its cafe operations and inviting passionate, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are hiring for multiple positions with excellent growth opportunities and industry-standard benefits.

Available Positions

Chef Helper Chef / Commis Barista Kitchen Helper Housekeeping Staff Job Responsibilities
1. Chef

Prepare high-quality dishes as per cafe menu. Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. Manage inventory, portion control, and food cost. Train and guide junior cooks and helpers.
2. Helper Chef / Commis

Assist the chef in food preparation and cooking. Cut, chop, marinate, and prepare ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. Support daily kitchen operations.
3. Barista

Prepare coffee beverages: espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc. Handle brewing machines and maintain equipment cleanliness. Engage with customers politely and take orders. Maintain product consistency and quality.
4. Kitchen Helper

Assist with washing, cleaning, and basic food prep. Help maintain proper kitchen organization. Support chef and helpers during peak hours.
5. Housekeeping Staff

Maintain cleanliness across cafe floor, seating area, washrooms, and storeroom. Ensure daily sanitization and hygiene standards. Assist with basic service support if required.
Eligibility Criteria

Previous cafe/restaurant experience preferred (optional for fresher roles). Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Hygiene-conscious and disciplined.
