Job Description

The Cafe Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting in food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a pleasant cafe experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take food/beverage orders accurately. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light snacks as per menu standards. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, counters, equipment, and utensils. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed at all times. Handle POS (Point of Sale) billing and manage cash/card transactions. Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed. Support kitchen or service staff during busy hours. Report any customer feedback or equipment issues to the manager.

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass/any degree Experience: 0-2 years in cafe/hotel/QSR industry preferred Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
