Role Overview:

As a Cafe Helper, you'll assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the cafe. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, cleanliness, basic food and beverage support, and helping the team during busy hours. Ideal for someone energetic, responsible, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist staff with serving food and beverages. Help in basic food preparation and kitchen support. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, dining area, and workstations. Clear tables and manage dine-in and takeaway support. Assist in washing dishes and handling utensils. Support inventory stocking and daily operational needs. Ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for customers.

Requirements:

Prior cafe or restaurant experience preferred (freshers can apply). Willingness to learn and take instructions. Good attitude and basic communication skills. Punctual, hardworking, and a team player. Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
