Manage cafe operations, including food and beverage service, inventory, and ordering supplies.
Ensure the cafe is clean, stocked, and follows all health and safety standards.
If needed train and supervise cafe staff to provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with vendors to maintain food quality and handle any supply issues.
The Individual will make sure proper hygiene standards are maintained and followed on regular basis.
If needed, manage the stocks, inventory, accessories, and supplies as per the requirements.
The individual should be proficient with all the menu options and can suggest for changes if needed.
