Customer complaint handling
Prepare and serve food and beverages per recipe and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Follow billing, cash handling, and reporting procedures as instructed.
Support team members during busy hours and maintain a cooperative work environment.
Attend mandatory training and apply learnings on the job.
Comply with all food safety, FSSAI, company SOPs, HR & operational policies.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic Knowledge of Sandwiches, Coffee, Ice-cream, Customer service, customer compliant handling, communication, teamwork, time management, discipline, hygiene awareness, positive attitude and adaptability.
