Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and responsible cafe staff to join our BeCafe team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and customer service, able to handle cafe operations efficiently, and work well as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, shakes, etc.) and snacks.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of cafe and food preparation areas.
Handle customer orders and billing through POS system.
Maintain stock of ingredients, packaging, and other supplies.
Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers.
Coordinate with team and manager for daily operations.
Requirements:
Qualification: 10th pass or above.
Prior experience in a cafe, bakery, or food retail outlet preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willing to work in shifts (morning/evening).
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
