Prepare food items as per SOP and brand standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations.
Cash & Counter Operations
Operate POS and billing system accurately.
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments responsibly.
Assist in end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and equipment.
Follow personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety norms.
Team Support
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Support during peak hours and special promotions.
Follow instructions from Shift In-Charge / Manager.
