Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service



Greet customers politely and take orders accurately. Ensure fast and friendly service at all times. Handle customer queries and escalate issues to seniors when required.

Food Preparation



Prepare food items as per SOP and brand standards. Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations.

Cash & Counter Operations



Operate POS and billing system accurately. Handle cash, UPI, and card payments responsibly. Assist in end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

Cleanliness & Hygiene



Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and equipment. Follow personal hygiene and grooming standards. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety norms.

Team Support



Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Support during peak hours and special promotions. Follow instructions from Shift In-Charge / Manager.

Qualification & Experience



Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass Freshers welcome Experience in QSR / Food & Beverage preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
