ob Summary:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our cafe team. The Cafe Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per cafe standards. Assist in food preparation, plating, and serving. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, including dining area, counters, and kitchen. Ensure proper stock management and assist with inventory when required. Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Support team members in daily cafe operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe/restaurant/hospitality role preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹9,667.61 - ₹18,309.86 per month
