Oversee daily operations: Waffle preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and store upkeep.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability.
Enforce SOPs to maintain quality, safety, and service standards.
Track sales, control costs, and reduce waste.
Hire, train, and lead staff to meet performance and sales targets.
Foster a positive team culture with feedback and growth opportunities.
Handle customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
Manage store-related maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Travel as needed for purchasing raw materials or maintenance supplies.
Use computers and basic software for store operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Any college degree
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
English fluency required
Must be hands-on and willing to multitask across operations
Salary & Benefits:
22,000 - 26,000 per month based on skills and experience
