We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Cafe Manager to support daily cafe operations in a fast-growing specialty coffee environment. Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Ensure smooth day-to-day cafe operations
Manage opening and closing procedures
Monitor billing, cash handling, and shift discipline
Follow company SOPs and service standards
Team Coordination:
Support and guide cafe staff during shifts
Allocate duties and maintain workflow
Encourage service discipline and hygiene practices
Maintain a respectful and motivating work environment
Customer Experience:
Deliver consistent and courteous customer service
Address customer feedback professionally
Create a welcoming and well-managed cafe atmosphere
Inventory & Reporting:
Track daily stock usage and requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for replenishment
Share basic daily operational and sales updates
Hygiene & Compliance:
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Ensure adherence to company policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,243.35 - ₹35,624.67 per month

Experience:
