Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cafe operations and opening/closing procedures
Lead, train, and schedule cafe staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue targets
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Maintain cash handling, billing, and daily reports
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
Implement promotions and upselling strategies
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
Customer-focused with good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
