The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, handling cash, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the F&B or cafe industry, strong leadership skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cafe operations, including opening and closing activities.
Manage cafe staff -- scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle billing, daily cash collection, and maintain sales records.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards as per cafe protocols.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Drive sales targets through upselling and promotional activities.
Report daily sales and operational updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cafe/restaurant management or related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer service-oriented and proactive.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
