Job Title: Cater Manager - Coffee Culture

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

About the Role

We are opening a brand-new Coffee Culture outlet in Hadapsar, Pune, and we are looking for a dynamic Cater Manager to lead from the front. As this is a pre-opening role, the selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing end-to-end operations - from food and people management to systems, reporting, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Setup: Oversee complete pre-opening requirements including vendor coordination, licenses, equipment setup, recruitment, and SOP implementation.

Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and cafe floor with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

People Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff across all levels; create rosters; ensure performance management and team motivation.

Food & Beverage Management: Monitor food production, quality standards, menu execution, portion control, and hygiene as per brand guidelines.

Financial & Reporting:

Maintain and analyze Inventory Reports, Expense & Loss (E&L) Reports, and Manpower Requirement Reports.

Monitor cost control, wastage, and profitability.

Support management in achieving revenue and cost targets.

Customer Experience: Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction at all times.

Compliance & Standards: Adhere to statutory requirements, food safety, hygiene, and brand SOPs.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B / cafe / restaurant management (pre-opening experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of operational reports: Inventory, E&L, Manpower Planning, Sales & Cost Analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.

Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
