We are launching a premium European & Mediterranean fusion cafe inside our flagship 3-floor luxury fashion store. Designed for both international and Indian customers with refined tastes, the cafe offers a sophisticated dining experience to complement our couture and ready-to-wear collections.
Role Overview
The
Cafe Manager
will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with our luxury retail brand. This role requires leadership, strong operational skills, and a deep understanding of fine dining hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and premium guest experience.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and service quality.
Implement SOPs for service, kitchen coordination, and customer interaction.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the service team, including Guest Service Associates and Supervisors.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training on luxury service standards.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Customer Experience & Relations
Greet VIP guests and handle customer feedback with professionalism.
Maintain a strong presence on the cafe floor to monitor guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with Head Chef for menu updates, special events, and promotions.
Financial & Inventory Management
Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control.
Manage stock levels for F&B items, liaising with suppliers for premium ingredient sourcing.
Work with the operations head on pricing, menu profitability, and promotional strategies.
Brand Alignment
Ensure the cafe ambiance and service reflect the luxury and style of the fashion brand.
Coordinate with marketing teams for cafe-related campaigns and social media features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
5-8 years of experience in restaurant/cafe management, preferably in luxury hotels, premium cafes, or fine dining.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of European & Mediterranean dining culture preferred.
Proficient in POS systems and basic restaurant analytics.
Ability to manage both front-of-house and kitchen coordination effectively.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
