Job Description

1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day cafe operations ensuring efficiency and service excellence. Ensure adherence to SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and service. Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock of raw materials, and reduce wastage. Maintain cafe ambiance, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times. Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any breakdowns for timely repair.

2. Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers, handle queries, and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain high standards of customer service to increase customer retention. Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Evaluate customer feedback to improve cafe operations and service quality.

3. Staff Management

Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule cafe staff. Conduct staff performance reviews and coaching to ensure productivity. Ensure staff follow grooming, hygiene, and behavior standards. Prepare weekly duty rosters and manage attendance & discipline.

4. Financial & Reporting

Manage cafe P&L including sales, cost control, and profit targets. Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation. Reduce operational expenses and food cost without compromising quality. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

5. Compliance & Standards

Ensure FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times. Maintain statutory compliance and documentation as per company norms. Conduct regular audits of cafe hygiene, stock, and service quality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
