Minimum: 12th Grade Pass
Preferred: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience:
Prior experience in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred
Skills & Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office essential)
Strong Excel skills required
Ability to handle cash and maintain daily accounts
Experience in managing purchase, production, sales, and marketing activities
Capable of supervising and controlling both service and production staff
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Should be able to work efficiently in
dynamic and fast-paced work conditions
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the cafe and ensure smooth workflow
Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline
Monitor and control inventory, purchases, and vendor relationships
Ensure quality standards in service and product preparation
Handle billing, reconciliation, and financial reports using Excel
Drive sales and local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
